Um incêndio em uma edificação comercial foi registrado na noite de quarta-feira (25), por volta das 19h52, na Avenida Rotary, no centro de Curitibanos. O fogo atingiu o piso superior do imóvel onde funcionava a casa de eventos Aero Dance, sem deixar feridos.
De acordo com o Corpo de Bombeiros Militar, as chamas consumiam uma área de aproximadamente 400 m², atingindo colchões, mesas e divisórias de madeira. As guarnições atuaram rapidamente e conseguiram controlar o incêndio, evitando que ele se alastrasse para outros pavimentos e edificações vizinhas.
Para a extinção completa do fogo e realização do rescaldo, foram utilizados cerca de 4 mil litros de água. No momento da ocorrência, o local estava vazio. A operação contou com o apoio das viaturas AR-282, ASU-486, ABTR-75 e AT-56, da OBM de Curitibanos.
